基于校企合作的数据科学与大数据技术专业人才培养模式构建研究——以吉林工程技术师范学院为例

Cultivation Mode for Data Science and Big Data Technology Talents Based on School-enteprise Cooperation——With Jilin Engineering Normal University as an Example

当前,大数据产业人才缺口巨大,数据科学与大数据技术专业人才培养任务繁重。基于高校的师资等情况和企业的用人需求,高校应与企业合作,构建应用型人才培养模式。以吉林工程技术师范学院为例,其从教学环境建设、师资培训、人才培养目标制定、课程模块和课程体系设置等方面构建人才培养模式,具有一定的现实意义,其宝贵的经验也可供其他高校相关参考与借鉴。

As current cultivation of data science and big data technology talents has a difficulty in meeting the huge demands of the big data industry,it is necessary for universities to construction an application-oriented talent cultivation mode through cooperation with relevant enterprises in accordance with their teaching staff and partners'demands over talents.For example,such a talent cultivation mode has been established in Jilin Engineering Normal University by taking teaching environment construction,teacher training,cultivation goal determination and curricular module and system design,which is of certain practical significance and great value for other universities.
