乡村振兴战略下吉林省农村电子商务高质量发展的实现路径研究

Paths for Quality Development of Rural E-commmerce in Jilin Province in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着大数据、云计算、互联网、人工智能等新一代基础信息技术的加速突破,一场更大范围、更深层次的科技革命和产业变革正在走来,农业科技创新工作也迎来新的机遇和挑战,农村电子商务已成为乡村振兴战略下转变农业发展方式的新路径。以吉林省为例,通过探讨乡村振兴战略下推动农村电子商务高质量发展的必要性,分析目前吉林省农业资源概况与农村电子商务发展现状,发现农民思想观念和意识局限、知识结构体系不完善、交通物流不发达、基础设施建设落后、高端专业人才短缺、品牌建设观念不强、销售模式单一等问题,提出农村电子商务高质量发展的对策建议,扎实推进吉林省乡村振兴发展。

When agricultural scientific and technical innovation encounters new opportunities and challenges in current scientific and technical revolution and industrial change wider and deeper than anyone in the past due to the acceleration of new generation of fundamental information technology including big data,cloud calculation,internet and AI,etc.,e-commerce has become a new path for agricultural development in the context of rural revitalization strategy.In the paper below,some solutions were proposed for its quality development in Jilin Province and the province's rural revitalization to the problems including farmers'limitation in horizon,shortage of high-end professional talents,weakness in brand building and lack of diversified marketing,etc.discovered in an analysis made of the province's agricultural resources and e-commerce development on the basis of a discussion on the necessity to promote e-commerce in such a context.
