摘要
幸福度对酒店员工工作的积极性、工作效率、工作态度等方面有着重要影响,直接或间接影响着酒店服务质量、酒店运行与管理及酒店的发展。对青岛市某酒店的调查发现,其员工的幸福度不高。提升该酒店员工幸福度可从四方面入手:正视员工薪酬问题,提高员工薪酬福利待遇;统一完善加班制度;完善培训体系;解决招工难问题。
Hotel employees'sense of happiness has an important impact on the enthusiasm,work efficiency,and attitude of hotel employees,and directly or indirectly affects the hotel's service quality,overall operation and management,and subsequent development.An investigation of a hotel in Qingdao shows that the employees do not have a high sense of happiness.And 4 strategies are then put forward to improve the situation including improving employees'salary and benefits,implementing unified extra-work system,bettering the training system and solving the recruitment difficulties.
