职业教育“赛证融通”育人途径的研究

“Contest-Certificate Integration”as a Path of Education for Vocational Education

全国职业院校技能大赛作为国家职业教育重大制度的创新与设计,历经多年的发展,已成为我国职业教育领域规格最高、规模最大的国家级技能赛事。大赛的制度化和规范化,促进了职业教育产教融合,发挥着评价、激励、导向等多重功能。伴随教育部出台的职业教育“1+X”证书制度,技能大赛和资格证书制度将成为职教区别于普教、明确办学定位、彰显办学特色的重要举措,势必引领中国职业教育改革发展走向新高度。

As a major innovation and design of national vocational education system,the National Vocational College Skills Competition has been developing for many years and has become the highest and largest nationwide skill competition in the field of vocational education in China.The institutionalization and standardization of the competition has promoted the integration of industry and education in the sector and has played multiple functions such as evaluation,motivation,and guidance.With the“1+X”certificate system for vocational education promulgated by the Ministry of Education,the skills competition and qualification certificate system will become important measures to differentiate vocational education from general education,clarify the orientation of school operation and highlight the characteristics of vocational education,which will definitely lead the reform and development of China's vocational education.
