ZnO压敏电阻片侧面无机高阻层对大电流冲击耐受性能提升的探究 被引量:6

Research on Improving the Performance of High Current Impulse by the Inorganic High Resistance Layer on the Side of ZnO Varistors

摘要 为了提升氧化锌压敏电阻的4/10μs大电流冲击能力,从侧面绝缘入手研制出与电阻片本体相匹配的无机高阻层,采用成分为Sb2O3、Bi2O3、Ni2O3、MnO2的侧面无机高阻层,D31电阻片测试参数性能稳定、老化性能好、压比低,重复电荷转移前后工频变化<5%,满足新国标的要求。 In order to improve the 4/10 μs high-current impulse capability of zinc oxide varistors,an inorganic high-resistance layer matched with the body of the varistors is developed from the side insulation. The inorganic high-resistance layer is composed of Sb2O3、Bi2O3、Ni2O3、MnO2. The D31 varistors coated with inorganic high resistance layer can withstand 4/10 μs 65 k A high current impulse 2 times and have stable test parameters,good aging performance and low pressure ratio. The power frequency change before and after repeated charge transfer is less than 5%,which meets the requirements of the new national standard.
