高海拔地区紫外辐射、电晕放电对复合绝缘子表面形貌及成分的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Ultraviolet Radiation and Corona Discharge on Surface Profile and Composition of Composite Insulators in High Altitude Areas

摘要 在高海拔地区,硅橡胶复合绝缘子长期受到强紫外线辐射、强电晕放电作用,致使其表面形貌变化以及表面元素组成发生变化,从而导致绝缘性能降低。在此前实验中,模拟了高海拔条件下紫外辐射、电晕放电对绝缘子憎水性影响情况。基于此,利用SEM检测和EDS分析了紫外辐射及电晕放电对复合绝缘子表面形貌、化学成分的影响,发现两者均对硅橡胶表面的物理形貌产生了不同程度破坏,改变了表面材料的化学性质。并且电晕放电产生的臭氧,使绝缘子表面发生氧化及脱水缩合反应。 In high altitude areas,silicone rubber composite insulators have been suffered from strong ultraviolet radiation and corona discharge for a long time,resulting in changes of surface profile and element composition. And it causes the reduce of insulation properties. In the previous experiments,the effects of ultraviolet radiation and corona discharge on the hydrophobicity of the insulators under high altitude conditions were simulated. Based on this,SEM and EDS were used to analyze the effects of ultraviolet radiation and corona discharge on the surface profile and chemical composition of composite insulators.It was found that both of them had different degrees of damage to the physical appearance of silicone rubber surface and chemical properties. And the ozone generated by the corona discharge caused oxidation and dehydration condensation reaction on the surface of the insulators.
