摘要
为探究不同花穗整形方式对‘郑艳无核’葡萄果实品质的影响,筛选出适宜‘郑艳无核’葡萄优质生产的整穗方式,以4年生‘郑艳无核’葡萄为试材,在开花始期和浆果开始生长期后2 d分别进行6种不同形式的整穗处理,并对不同处理下‘郑艳无核’葡萄果实的生长、品质和色泽等指标进行测定。结果表明:不同花穗整形方式对‘郑艳无核’葡萄果实的各指标影响较大,开花始期柱状整穗处理的单粒重最大,达4.08g,可溶性固形物含量达23.70%,显著高于其他处理;开花始期柱状整穗和浆果开始生长期后2 d柱状整穗2个处理的果实色泽指标均相对较好。通过主成分分析对各项指标进行综合评价,由结果可知,开花始期柱状整穗处理效果最好,开花始期整穗效果优于浆果开始生长期后2 d整穗处理。综合认为,‘郑艳无核’葡萄生产中最适宜的花穗整形方式为开花始期柱状整穗。
In order to investigate the influence of different floral cluster pruning methods on the fruit quality of‘Zhengyan wuhe’grape,to screen out a floral cluster pruning method that suitable for the production of high-quality‘Zhengyan wuhe’grape,this study used the 4-year-old‘Zhengyan wuhe’grape as test material,six different forms of floral cluster pruning treatments were performed at the beginning of flowering period and 2 days after the berry growth period,respectively.And the growth index,quality index and color index of‘Zhengyan wuhe’grape fruits under different treatments were measured.The results showed that different floral cluster pruning methods had great influences on the quality of‘Zhengyan wuhe’grape.The single fruit weight of the columnar floral cluster pruning method at the beginning of flowerings period treatment was the largest,reaching 4.08 g,and the soluble solids content was 23.70%,significantly higher than other treatments.The color indexes of the two treatments columnar floral cluster pruning method at the beginning of flowering and 2 days after the berry growth period were relatively good.Principal component analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate various indicators.From the results,it can be seen that the treatment effect of columnar floral cluster pruning method at the beginning of flowering period was the best,and the effect of floral cluster pruning method at the beginning of flowering was better than that of 2 days after the berry growth period.It was generally believed that the most suitable method of floral cluster pruning method in the production of‘Zhengyan wuhe’grape was columnar floral cluster pruning method at the beginning of flowering.
