CDCA7在伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌中的临床病理意义

Clinicopathological Significance of CDCA7 in non-small-cell Lung Carcinoma with Lymph Node Metastasis

目的揭示CDCA7在伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌中的表达状况及临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测分析本院病理科2008年1月至2015年12月间的82例伴有淋巴结转移和88例不伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌组织中CDCA7的表达情况,同时探讨在伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌中snail与CDCA7表达的关系。结果CDCA7在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.001);CDCA7在中低分化肺癌组织中的表达明显高于高分化肺癌组织(P=0.004);CDCA7在伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中的表达显著高于不伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织(P=0.013)。CDCA7在肺癌中的表达在不同患者年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小分组中无明显差异(P=0.380、0.940、0.500)。Snail在非小细胞肺癌组织表达明显高于正常肺组织,差异显著(P<0.001);snail在中低分化肺癌组织中的表达明显高于高分化肺癌组织(P=0.001);snail在伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织中的表达显著高于不伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织(P=0.010)。Snail在肺癌中的表达在不同患者年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小分组中无明显差异(P=0.280、0.470、0.640)。CDCA7与snail在伴有转移的非小细胞肺癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.370,P<0.05);而在不伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌中,CDCA7与snail的表达无明显关联(P>0.05)。结论CDCA7、snail在伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌中的表达明显高于不伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌,并且在伴有淋巴结转移的非小细胞肺癌CDCA7的表达与snail的表达呈正相关,提示CDCA7在非小细胞肺癌发生转移中与EMT机制有关,为CDCA7作用机制的研究提供理论依据。

Objective To reveal the expression of CDCA7 in non-small-cell lung carcinoma with lymph node metastasis and its clinicopathological significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CDCA7 in 82 cases with lymph node metastasis and 88 cases without lymph node metastasis from January 2008 to December 2015 in the department of pathology of our hospital.The relationship between snail and CDCA7 expression in the non-small-cell lung carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was also studied.Results The expression of CDCA7 in lung cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues(P<0.001),the expression of CDCA7 in lung cancer tissues with moderate or low differentiation was significantly higher than that in lung cancer tissues with high differentiation(P=0.004),and the expression of CDCA7 in lung cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in lung cancer tissues without lymph node metastasis(P=0.013).The expression of CDCA7 in lung cancer was not significantly different in different age,sex and tumor size groups(P=0.380,0.940,0.500).The expression of snail in non-small-cell lung carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue(P<0.001);The expression of snail in moderately and poorly differentiated lung cancer was significantly higher than that in highly differentiated lung cancer(P=0.001).The expression of snail in lung cancer with non-small-cell lung carcinoma was significantly higher than that in lung cancer without lymph node metastasis(P=0.001).There was no significant difference in the expression of snail among different age,sex and tumor size groups(P=0.280,0.470,0.640).There was a positive correlation between the expression of CDCA7 and snail in the non-smallcell lung carcinoma with metastasis(r=0.370,R<0.05),but there was no significant correlation between the expression of CDCA7 and snail in the non-small-cell lung carcinoma without lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of CDCA7 and snail in non-small-cell lung carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in nonsmall-cell lung carcinoma without lymph node metastasis,and the expression of CDCA7 in non-small-cell lung carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was positively correlated with the expression of snail,these results suggest that CDCA7 may be involved in the EMT mechanism in non-small-cell lung carcinoma metastasis,and provide a theoretical basis for the study of the mechanism of CDCA7.
