新冠肺炎疫情对全球经济和中国经济都带来较严重的负面影响,且后续影响不可低估;对国家能源集团煤炭产业的负面影响也不可小觑。本文从供给侧和需求侧2个视角,分析了疫情对国家能源集团煤炭生产的影响。从供给侧看,去产能压力较大,去库存任重道远,去成本需要打持久战;从需求侧看,全国煤炭需求比重下降,需求总量稳中有升。中期看,煤炭价格上涨动力不足,煤炭业重组步伐加快,是机会还是陷阱值得斟酌。因此,采取的主要措施有:①着力推进供给侧结构性改革。②完善一体化经营模式,提升智慧化水平。③聚焦核心业务,更好的布局优势资源。④注重一体化管理提升与创新。⑤推进煤炭增优减劣,适当放缓重组步伐。

The COVID-19 outbreak has brought serious negative effects to both the global economy and the Chinese economy,and neither its follow-up impact nor its negative impact on coal production of CHN Energy can be underrated.This article analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on coal production of CHN Energy from the perspectives of both the supply side and the demand side.From the perspective of the supply side,it is stressful to cut capacity,difficult to reduce inventory,and protracted to lower cost.From the perspective of the demand side,the coal demand in China will fall in the next few years,with the total demand steadily rising,the coal price will stop rising in the medium term,and the coal industry will be reorganized more quickly,leading to either an opportunity or a trap.Therefore,this article proposes the following countermeasures:①strive to carry out the supply-side structural reform.②perfect the integrated business model,and improve the intelligent level.③focus on the core business,and allocate the superior resources better.④pay attention to improvement and innovation of the integrated management.⑤establish good coal mines and close bad coal mines,and slow down the reorganization.
