摘要
建设工程质量将直接影响着工程项目的顺利建成,影响着相应建筑企业的经济收益和声誉,甚至影响着整个建筑行业的稳健发展。基于此,本文将针对建设工程质量监督管理模式的现状和改革进行研究,简述了实施建设工程质量监督管理模式的必要性,对我国建设工程质量监督管理模式的现状进行分析,提出几点针对于建设工程质量监督管理模式的有效改革策略,仅供同行参考。
The quality of construction projects directly affects the smooth completion of the projects,the economic benefits and reputation of the corresponding construction enterprises,and even the steady development of the entire construction industry.Based on the above point,this article will focus on researching the current situation and reform of the quality supervision management mode of construction projects.It first briefly describes the necessity for implementing the quality supervision management mode of construction projects,and then analyzes the current situation of the quality supervision management mode of construction projects in China,and finally puts forward several effective reform strategies for the quality supervision management mode of construction projects,which are only for peer reference.
