摘要
本文从打造人力资源管理品牌角度出发,研究大型煤炭企业人力资源管理如何通过增加人力资源管理价值有效性、树立人力资源管理稀缺性与独特性、强化人力资源管理的难以模仿性及提高人力资源管理组织化特征来推动自身核心能力建设,为人力资源管理活动提出实践建议,助力企业的持续竞争优势。
From the angle of creating human resource management brands,this article makes research on how the human resource management personnel of large coal enterprises can promote their core capability construction by adding value to human resource management,determining scarcity and uniqueness of human resource management,strengthening inimitability of human resource management,and improving organization of human resource management,and gives practical advice for human resource management activities,thus helping the enterprises to maintain their sustainable competitive advantages.
