摘要 单桩基础是海上风电重要的基础型式之一。植入式单桩基础可应用于复杂岩基海域,无过渡段植入式单桩基础受力复杂,对灌浆结构、材料、工艺要求极高。本文依托国内首例海上风电植入式单桩基础施工实例,以单桩基础灌浆结构为研究对象,介绍了单桩基础整体设计、灌浆结构设计,该结构设计满足海上风电机组长期安全运行的要求;阐述了灌浆料性能、灌浆施工工艺,实践表明采用封底段混凝土灌浆、侧壁段高性能灌浆料分段施工,可以满足工程建设要求;论述了冲击回波法在植入式单桩基础灌浆质量检测中的应用,提出了海上风电植入式钢管桩灌浆质量评价指标,该植入式单桩基础灌浆工艺和灌浆质量检测技术可为类似工程提供参考。 Single-pile foundation is one of the important foundation types of off-shore wind turbine generating unit.The implantable single-pile foundation can be used in complex rock-base sea areas.Furthermore,the implantable single-pile foundation without transition section,subject to complex forces,has extremely high requirements for grouting structure,material and process.Relying on the first construction example of implantable single-pile foundation of off-shore wind turbine generating unit in China,this article takes the grouting structure of the single-pile foundation as the research object.First,the overall design of the singlepile foundation and the grouting structure design are introduced.The structure design meets the requirements for long-term safe operation of the off-shore wind turbine generating unit.Then the properties of grouting material and grouting construction process are elaborated.The practice shows that the section construction with concrete grouting for bottom sealing section and high-performance grouting material for sidewall section can meet the requirements of project construction.Finally,the application of impact echo method in detecting the grouting quality of implantable single-pile foundation is discussed in detail,and the grouting quality evaluation indicators for implantable steel pipe pile of off-shore wind turbine generating unit are proposed.Therefore,the grouting process and grouting quality detection technology of the implantable single-pile foundation can provide reference for similar projects.
