摘要 乙烯往复式压缩机是国内煤制烯烃行业高压低密度聚乙烯装置的关键设备,结合乙烯往复式压缩机的结构和工作原理,对其中4段1号气缸振动、1段排气阀异常磨损和阀组件穿孔、十字头销轴瓦偏磨、卸荷器故障等重点设备问题进行深入分析,提出了解决措施和维护方法。 The reciprocating compressor for ethylene is the critical equipment of high pressure and low density polyethylene device in coal-to-olefins industry in China.Based on the structure and working principle of the reciprocating compressor for ethylene,this article makes an in-depth analysis on the key equipment problems,such as vibration of No.1 cylinder in section IV,abnormal wear of the exhaust valve and perforation of the valve assembly in section I,eccentric wear of the crosshead pin bearing bush,and fault of the unloader,and puts forward favorable solutions and maintenance methods.
