摘要
磁共振指纹(MRF)技术是一种新的基于MRI的定量成像方法,使用伪随机采集方法,同时从不同组织获得具有唯一属性的"指纹",并使用模式识别进行后处理,得到感兴趣区的指定参数量化图。与传统MRI比较,MRF具有信噪比和效率更高能进行多参数定量测量等优势,可应用于大部分传统MRI的应用场合。文中对MRF技术在脑组织定量成像方面的研究进展作综述,对基于MRF的脑组织参数测量和MRF在脑疾病中的应用等方面进行归纳和总结。
Magnetic resonance fingerprinting(MRF) technology is a new quantitative imaging method based on MRI. It uses a pseudo-random acquisition method, simultaneously obtains "fingerprints" with unique attributes from different organizations, and uses pattern recognition for post-processing to obtain a quantified map of the specified parameters of the area of interest. Compared with traditional MRI, MRF has the advantages of higher signal-to-noise ratio, higher efficiency, and multi-parameter quantitative measurement. It can be applied to most of applications of traditional MRI. The research progress of MRF technology in brain tissue quantitative imaging were reviewed, and the measurement of brain tissue parameters based on MRF and the application of MRF technology in brain diseases were summarized.
