摘要
利用NMR,IR,UV及MS等实验技术研究了胰岛素增敏剂曲格列酮的波谱学特征.结合DEPT谱及1H-1HCOSY,13C-1HHETCOSY,13C-1HLC-HETCOSY对曲格列酮的氢谱和碳谱进行完全归属.
The NMR spectra are reported for troglitazone (5oxy2,5,7phenyl]methyl]2,4thiazolidinedione) that is used as an oral hypoglycemic drug. By using DEPT, 1H1H COSY,13C1H HETCOSY and 13C1H LCHETCOSY techniques along with IR, UV and MS, the proton and 13C spectra of troglitazone are assigned completely. This result also provides a basis analysis for the NMR characterization of the similar new drugs.
