煤炭地下气化影响因素研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 煤炭地下气化是将传统物理采煤转变成清洁高效的化学制气过程。基于煤炭地下气化的研究进展和存在问题,重点分析煤层赋存条件、构造活动、煤阶、煤质等地质因素以及气化温度、气化剂组分等工艺因素。结果表明:褐煤、低变质的烟煤适合地下气化;气化煤层应该满足厚度2~15m、埋深100~2000m、倾角10°~70°。同时,地下气化炉选址应该以中等构造以上区域为主。气化过程中,适宜的气化剂和高温环境不仅可以改善煤气质量,也可使围岩破裂,引起地表沉降、地下水污染和微生物失活,进而破坏生态系统的稳定。 The coal underground gasification is from traditional physical coal mining transformed into clean,efficient chemical gas production process.Based on coal underground gasification research progress and issues existed have focused on analysis of coal hosting condition,structural activity,coal rank,coal quality etc geological factors and gasification temperature,gasifying agent composition etc technical factors.The result has shown that lignite and low metamorphosed bituminous coal are adaptable to underground gasification.Gasification coal seams should be satisfied conditions of thickness 2~15m,buried depth 100~2000m,dip angle 10°~70°.Meanwhile,underground gasifier site selection should be located in structural condition above medium.During the gasification process,adaptable gasifying agent and high temperature environment not only can improve coal gas quality,but also make surrounding rock fractured and caused surface subsidence,groundwater pollution and microbe inactivation,thus destruct ecosystem stability.
