我国食用菌电子商务数据信息的法律保护研究

Research on the Legal Protection of Data and Information of Edible Fungi e-commerce in China

随着经济水平的不断提升,消费需求也在逐渐升级,食用菌产业得到迅速的发展。我国的食用菌产业发展到今天已经得到了技术上的升级、规模上的扩大并且建立了庞大的流通网络,在世界范围内的食用菌消费以及出口都排在前列。大数据时代的来临为食用菌产业发展带来了新的机遇,但同时也带来了发展方面的问题,食用菌电子商务数据信息的法律问题就是其中主要的一个。立足于食用菌产业发展的角度,通过对大数据背景下我国食用菌电子商务数据面对的法律困境进行分析,探究实际的法律保护措施。

With the continuous improvement of economic level,consumer demand is also gradually upgrading,the edible fungi industry has been rapid development.In recent,China’s edible fungi industry has been upgraded in technology,expanded in scale and established a huge circulation network,ranking in the forefront of the consumption and export of edible fungus in the world.The advent of the era of big data has been brought new opportunities for the development of edible fungi industry,but it had also brought problems in terms of development,of which the legal problem of edible fungi e-commerce data information was one of the main ones.Based on the perspective of edible fungi industry development,this paper analyzes the legal dilemma faced by edible fungi e-commerce data in China under the background of big data to explore the actual legal protection measures.
