Study on the International Competitiveness of Chinese Edible Industry Fungi under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

“一带一路”倡议自提出以来,受到参与国的多方拥护,对各个产业的发展都起到关键的助益作用。而随着全球经济一体化以及“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,我国食用菌产业在国际市场中面临的竞争环境更加复杂,需要通过产业专项升级发展谋求更有利的竞争地位。与此同时,在“一带一路”背景下,沿线国家共建产业发展平台,对我国食用菌产业的发展而言是一个良好的契机,而如何将发展机遇转变成发展实力,成为现阶段我国食用菌企业需要重点探究的课题。在分析“一带一路”背景下的我国食用菌产业发展时,从国际竞争力这一角度出发,分析了我国食用菌产业的国际竞争现状,并从提高国际竞争力的角度研究更加有效的食用菌产业发展政策。

Since its introduction,the“the belt and road”policy has been widely supported by participating countries and has played a key role in the development of various industries.With the global economic integration and the deepening of“the belt and road”initiative,the edible fungi industry in China faces a more complex competitive environment in the international market,and it is necessary to seek a more favorable competitive position through industry-specific upgrade and development.At the same time,under the background of the“the belt and road”,the joint development of industrial development platforms by countries along the Belt and Road is a good opportunity for the development of the edible fungi industry in China,and how to transform development opportunities into development strength has become China’s current stage.Edible fungi companies need to focus on the subject of inquiry.When analyzing the development of the edible fungi industry under the background of“the Belt and Road”initiative,through analyzes the current international competitiveness of China’s edible fungi industry from the perspective of international competitiveness,and studied more effective edible fungi from the perspective of improving international competitiveness industrial development policy.
