摘要
对服用食用菌水煮汁的40名运动爱好者的身体健康情况进行跟踪研究。探讨食用菌水煮汁对运动健康的效果,采用试验对比分析身体素质指标和血液指标变化情况。结果显示,食用菌水煮汁对身体健康的主要影响集中在抗氧化性、抗疲劳等功能上,能够有效提高血液的携氧量、补充运动时的肌肉蛋白质和能量消耗,提高有氧代谢能力,但也有个体的差异性。
40 sports enthusiasts taking edible fungi soup were followed up.To explore the effect of edible fungi soup on sports health,and analyze the changes of physical fitness index and blood index by experiment.The results showed that the main effects of edible fungi soup on health were mainly on antioxidant and anti fatigue functions,which could effectively improve the oxygen carrying capacity of blood,supplement muscle protein and energy consumption during exercise,and improve aerobic metabolism capacity,but there were individual differences.
