欧洲融入“一带一路”建设的动力与路径研究

The Feasibility and Specific Path of Europe’s Integration into the Belt and Road Construction

由于全球经济不确定性日益增强,欧洲国家产业结构分化趋势明显,技术红利和中心红利逐渐减弱,而金融资本膨胀引发公共债务危机和大规模失业,外商投资大量流失。本文基于“一带一路”高质量发展内涵及欧洲与“一带一路”合作基础,研究发现欧洲各国融入“一带一路”能够依托中国国内巨大市场能量的不断释放,加速生产资源再分配,推动其技术变革,更新基础设施条件,激发消费潜力,克服经济发展不平衡、不平稳的状态。因此,完善“一带一路”多边合作机制、加强金融与基础设施合作、促进对外投资便利化、构建绿色协同发展平台是欧洲融入“一带一路”建设的有效路径。

Due to the increasing uncertainty of the global economy,the trend of industrial structure differentiation in European countries is obvious,the technological dividend and the central dividend are gradually weakening,and the expansion of financial capital has triggered a public debt crisis and large-scale unemployment,and a large amount of foreign investment has been lost.Based on the high-quality development connotation of the Belt and Road and the basis of cooperation between Europe and the Belt and Road,the study found that the integration of European countries into the Belt and Road can rely on the continuous release of China’s huge domestic market energy,accelerate the redistribution of production resources,and promote its technological change,update infrastructure conditions,stimulate consumption potential,and overcome the uneven and unstable state of economic development.Therefore,improving the Belt and Road multilateral cooperation mechanism,strengthening financial and infrastructure cooperation,promoting foreign investment facilitation,and building a green coordinated development platform are effective ways for Europe to integrate into the Belt and Road construction.
