2019年,Facebook推出加密货币项目Libra币引发全球热议,2020年新版白皮书增加合规性和安全性设计。我国数字货币DC/EP的研发工作正在稳妥推进,已进入内部封闭测试环节。本文对Libra币及我国数字货币DC/EP的发行背景、发行模式等方面进行研究,并从发行主体、使用范围、组织形式等方面对两者进行比较。最后,提出我国发展数字货币DC/EP的三点启示。
