现代社会经济的不断发展对我国铁路工程建设提出了更高的要求,在开展具体施工作业时,项目成本的科学控制和严格管理是其整体工程建设经济效益的重要保障,相关单位需要对其进行深入分析,确保在铁路工程建设过程中能够对其项目成本进行更为有效的管理。论文综合探究项目成本管控的具体策略,分别从员工成本管理意识、施工组织设计、目标责任成本、工程质量管理、施工合同管理和项目施工过程监督六个方面展开具体论述,希望能够推进我国现代铁路工程建设的进一步发展。

The continuous development of modern social economy puts forward higher requirements for China's railway engineering construction.When carrying out specific construction operations,scientific control and strict management of project cost is an important guarantee for the economic benefits of the overall engineering construction.Relevant units need to conduct in-depth analysis on it to ensure that the project cost can be more effectively managed in the process of railway engineering construction.This paper comprehensively explores the specific strategies of project cost management and control,respectively and specifically discusses from six aspects,namely,staff cost management awareness,construction organization design,target responsibility cost,engineering quality management,construction contract management and project construction process supervision,hoping to promote the further development of China's modern railway engineering construction.
