随着我国社会的发展和经济的快速进步,我国国民的日常生活需求也由基本的温饱需求发展到精神文化需求。这一趋势有效地促进了我国旅游业的发展,市场需求量的扩大在带给我国旅游从业者机遇的同时,也提高了行业竞争的激烈程度。相关旅行社如何扩大竞争优势,在行业发展中脱颖而出,成为现代旅行社领导者需要重视的最大问题。旅游行业作为知识型劳动密集行业,归根结底其运营模式是以人为本、以人才为本,企业的竞争其实就是人才的竞争,而现代化人才竞争的核心就是绩效管理。
