According to the current situation of budget management system in development zone,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in budget supervision and management,budget report,budget accounting content,project fund management,budget performance evaluation and debt budget fund management.According to the actual work experience and knowledge,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to use the immature opinions of this paper to lead to better opinions of others,so as to provide beneficial reference for the reform and improvement of the financial budget management system of development zone.
