随着我国经济的不断发展,中小企业迅速崛起,并且占领了很大的市场份额。现如今,中小企业的数量越来越多,已经成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。但是中小企业在发展的过程中,企业经济管理方面遇到了很多问题,如缺乏充足的内部资金、缺乏先进的管理理念、缺乏优秀的经济专业人才和良好的防范意识等,尤其是在全球经济的冲击下,这些问题越来越明显。所以中小企业为了实现自身的可持续发展,应当不断完善应对策略,通过丰富融资方式、完善管理理念、选拔优秀人才和制定管理制度等手段,解决中小企业当前面临的问题。

With the continuous development of China's economy,small and medium-sized enterprises are rising rapidly and occupying a large market share.Nowadays,the number of small and medium-sized enterprises is increasing,which has become an important part of China's national economy.However,in the process of development of small and medium-sized enterprises,there are many problems in the economic management of enterprises,such as the lack of sufficient internal funds,the lack of advanced management concepts,the lack of excellent economic professionals and good awareness of prevention,etc.,especially under the impact of the global economy,these problems are more and more obvious.Therefore,in order to realize their sustainable development,small and medium-sized enterprises should constantly improve the coping strategies,and solve the current problems of small and medium-sized enterprises by means of enriching financing methods,improving management concepts,selecting excellent talents and formulating management system.
