摘要
新时期下,随着市场竞争的加剧,人力资源管理的重要性也越来越突出。在煤炭企业人力资源管理中,做好绩效考核工作,可以在很大程度上提高员工的工作主动性,能激发员工的内在动力,有助于煤炭企业的良好发展。所以在实践中,煤炭企业开展人力资源管理活动时,必须注重绩效考核的应用,论文对此进行分析。
In the new period,with the intensification of market competition,the importance of human resources management is becoming more and more prominent.In the human resources management of coal enterprises,doing a good job of performance appraisal can greatly improve the initiative of employees,stimulate the internal motivation of employees,and help the good development of coal enterprises.Therefore,in practice,coal enterprises must pay attention to the application of performance appraisal when carrying out human resources management activities.This paper analyzes it.
