国家扶贫政策下香格里拉农业发展现状调查与策略研究

Research on the Investigation of Current Situation of Agricultural Development in Shangri-La and Strategy Under National Poverty Alleviation Policy

在国家积极开展扶贫工作、稳步实行惠农政策的大好局势下,香格里拉政府积极响应号召,将地区脱贫与农业发展紧密结合起来,发挥巩固农业生产对地区经济发展的辐射带动作用。论文结合国家扶贫政策和香格里拉农业生产的实际情况,探索提出符合当地农业产业创新以及发展产业化、特色化的现代绿色农业的方案,并针对当地农业产业目前存在的问题提出对策,助力香格里拉更好更快地迈向小康社会。

Under the favorable situation that the state actively carried out poverty alleviation work and steadily implemented the policy of benefiting farmers,the Shangri-La government actively responded to the call and closely combined regional poverty alleviation with agricultural development,so as to play the role of consolidating agricultural production as a radiation driving force for regional economic development.Based on the national poverty alleviation policy and the actual situation of agricultural production in Shangri-La,this paper explores and proposes a modern green agriculture program that is in line with the innovation of local agricultural industry and the development of industrialization and characteristics,and puts forward countermeasures for the problems existing in local agricultural industry,so as to help Shangri-La better and faster move towards a well-off society.
