国企经济改革面临的困境及解决对策

随着社会的不断发展,全球经济一体化也在不断地发展与推进,中国的市场经济发生了翻天覆地的变化。当前,国企在发展中面临较大的压力,对应的改革需求较为突出,自身在发展过程中面临各类问题和阻碍。国企对其发展困境进行分析,有利于实现国企改革的最优化,最大限度提高国企未来的发展水平。国企要充分认识改革过程中现存的问题,并且找到解决问题的方法和策略。论文首先分析了国企改革面临的主要困境,并提出一些解决对策,希望具备参考借鉴价值。

With the continuous development of society,global economic integration is also constantly developing and advancing,great changes have taken place in China's market economy.At present,the state-owned enterprises are facing greater pressure in the development process,the corresponding reform needs are more prominent,and they are facing various problems and obstacles in the development process.State-owned enterprises'analysis of their development dilemmas is conducive to the realization of the maximum optimization of the reform of state-owned enterprises and to maximize the level of future development of state-owned enterprises.State-owned enterprises should fully understand the existing problems in the reform process,and find solutions and strategies to solve these problems.This paper firstly analyzes the main dilemmas faced by the reform of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward some solutions,hoping that it has reference value.
