后疫情时代大连市中小微企业融资发展对策研究

Research on Financing Development Countermeasures of Small,Medium and Micro Enterprises in Dalian in the Post-Epidemic Era

2020年新冠肺炎疫情爆发,大连市中小微企业停工停产,面临巨大的发展困境。为响应大连市委防控疫情、恢复中小微企业生产经营的号召,大连市各类金融机构认真落实各项要求,为中小微企业提供重要金融保障。随着疫情的逐步控制,复工复产的中小微企业增多,融资需求逐渐加大,但大连市中小微企业普遍存在着融资渠道狭窄、成本昂贵和金融服务体系不完善等问题。论文针对大连市中小微企业的融资困境进行研究,通过拓展融资渠道、降低融资成本、优化金融服务方面提供金融支持。

When COVID-19 broke out in 2020,Dalian's small,medium and micro enterprises stopped production and faced huge development difficulties.In response to the call of the Municipal Party Committee of Dalian to prevent and control the epidemic and resume the production and operation of small,medium and micro enterprises,all kinds of financial institutions in Dalian have earnestly implemented all requirements and provided important financial guarantee for small,medium and micro enterprises.With the gradual control of the epidemic,more small,medium and micro enterprises have resumed work and production,and their financing needs have gradually increased.However,small,medium and micro enterprises in Dalian are generally confronted with such problems as narrow financing channels,high cost and imperfect financial service system.This paper studies the financing difficulties of small,medium and micro enterprises in Dalian,and provides financial support by expanding financing channels,reducing financing costs and optimizing financial services.
