摘要
受ISO 9001:2015《质量管理体系要求》提出的“基于风险的思维是实现质量管理体系有效性的基础”的概念的启发,以某白酒生产公司为例,对其白酒原料、辅料供应相关的潜在风险及生产加工步骤中对工序的引入或增加的潜在风险进行识别与评价,并提出相应的控制措施和监控方法,保证产品品质,从而提高质量管理意识。
Inspired by the concept of"risk-based thinking is the basis for the effectiveness of quality management system"put forward by ISO 9001:2015"Quality Management System Requirement",taking a liquor production company as an example,the paper identifies and evaluates the potential risks related to the supply of liquor raw materials and auxiliary materials and the potential risks introduced or increased in the production and processing steps,and puts forward the corresponding control measures and monitoring methods to ensure the product quality,so as to improve the quality management awareness.
