Analysis of the Energy Saving Factors of Passive Residence

为响应国家绿色建筑发展策略,各省市纷纷推出超低能耗建筑试点项目,预示着我国的被动式建筑将要进入新的快速发展阶段。论文从被动住宅构造方面探索影响被动式住宅的节能因素,以期为今后我国被动式住宅的发展实践提供理论思路。

In response to the national green building development strategy,various provinces and cities have launched pilot projects of ultra-low energy consumption buildings,which indicates that China's passive building will enter a new stage of rapid development.This paper explores the energy saving factors affecting passive residence from the perspective of passive residence structure,so as to provide theoretical ideas for the development and practice of passive residence in China in the future.
