摘要
本文以北海道黄杨茎段为材料,探讨了不同消毒时间、不同激素浓度配比对北海道黄杨再生体系建立的影响。结果表明,北海道黄杨茎段外植体最佳消毒时间为0.1%升汞处理8 min,最佳诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。
This paper used the stems of Euonymus japonicu as the materials,explored the effects of different disinfection times and hormone concentration on the establishment of regeneration system.The results showed that the best disinfection effect of the explants of Euonymus japonicus was achieved by 0.1%HgCl2 for 8 minutes,and the optimal induction medium was MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.
