株洲市渌口区农民职业教育存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Farmer Vocational Education in Lukou District of Zhuzhou City

农业作为我国的基础产业,在国民经济中具有不可替代的作用。农民教育问题更是社会关注的热点问题。通过对株洲农村实地调研,研究发现农民职业教育当前的主要问题有:“农民荒”导致农民职业教育难以为继;农民大多学习动机不足,无力承担教育费用;农民职业教育没有得到有效落实;农民职业教育缺乏针对性,难以满足农民的现实需求。结合原因分析,提出了提高农民职业教育的对策:加强农村经济建设,加大教育投入;完善监管机制,明晰责任,提升基层干部素养;优化顶层设计,打造特色农村职业教育;凝聚多方合力,激发农民学习的主动性。

As the basic industry of our country,agriculture plays an irreplaceable role in national economy.The issue of farmers′education triggers a heated discussion.Based on the field investigation of Zhuzhou rural area,it was found that the main problems of farmer vocational education at present were as follows:"farmers shortage"caused the farmers vocational education to be unsustainable;most farmers were not motivated to learm and couldn′t afford education expenses;farmers vocational education has not been effectively implemented;farmers vocational education was lack of pertinence to meet the actual needs of farmers.Combined with the reason analysis,this paper put forward countermeasures for improvement in farmer vocational education,such as strengthening the rural economic construction,increasing the investment in education;improving the supervision mechanism,clarifying the responsibilities,improving the quality of the grassroots cadres;optimizing the top-level design,creating character-istic rural vocational education;uniting the efforts of many parties to stimulate farmers′initiative to learn.
