农业科技培训存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Agricultural Science and Technology Training

当前,我国农业生产方式发生了巨大变化。为提高农民生产技术水平,本文基于我国农业科技培训体系不健全、资金短缺、培训效果不理想等问题进行了分析,提出了构建长效培训体系、政府加大资金投入、拓宽培训渠道等建议,以促进我国农村产业可持续发展。

At present,agricultural production mode has undergone great changes in China.In order to improve the level of peasants′production technology,this paper analyzed the problems such as the imperfect agricultural science and technology training system,the shortage of funds,and the unsatisfactory training effect,and put forward some suggestions such as building a long-term training system,increasing government investment,and broadening training channels,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural industry in China.
