摘要
本文介绍了呼叫中心技术概况,通过实例分析了呼叫中心技术在农业领域中的应用,以期提升农业生产效率,提高农业科技贡献率。
This paper introduced the overview of call center technology,and analyzed the application of call center technology in the agricultural field through examples,so as to improve agricultural production efficiency and increase the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology.
