美丽乡村建设背景下北京市怀柔区人居环境整治探析

Analysis on Improvement of Human Settlement in Huairou District of Beijing Under the Background of Beautiful Countryside Construction

人居环境整治工作为建设生态宜居的美丽乡村搭建好基础,不仅可以改善农民的生活质量与发展空间,还能够带动城乡融合,打破城乡二元结构。本文通过对怀柔区美丽乡村建设人居环境整治现状进行总结,并对人居环境建设存在的问题进行分析,为2020年进一步推进人居环境治理工作的有效进行,提出两点建议:加大美丽乡村宣传力度,提高村民思想认识;建立长效管理机制,加强组织保障和政府支撑。

The improvement of human settlement will build a foundation for the construction of beautiful ecologically livable villages.It can not only improve the quality of life and development space of farmers,but also promote the integration of urban and rural areas and break the urban-rural dual structure.This paper summarized the current situation of the improvement of the human settlement in the beautiful countryside construction of Huairou District,and analyzed the existing problems in the construction of the human settlement,and put forward two suggestions in order to further promote the governance of the human settlement in 2020:intensifying the propaganda of the beautiful countryside,improving the villagers′ideological awareness;establishing a long-term management mechanism,strengthening organizational guarantees and government support.
