思维导图宣教方式对人工髋关节置换术患者术后康复效果的影响

Effect of mind mapping on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing artificial hip replacement

目的研究思维导图宣教方式对人工髋关节置换术患者术后康复效果的影响。方法选择2018年2月-2019年1月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院关节外科行髋关节置换术(THA)的103例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(49例)和对照组(54例),试验组采用思维导图式健康宣教,对照组采用常规健康教育给予指导。比较两组患者在健康知识知晓率、功能锻炼依从性、髋关节功能评分(Harris)、生活质量及焦虑情绪的差异。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者健康知识知晓率,功能锻炼依从率,Harris髋关节功能评分,GQOL-74问卷及SAS量表评分均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用思维导图对人工髋关节置换术患者进行健康宣教指导,可有效提升患者术后康复效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of mind mapping on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing totalhip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 103 patients undergoneTHAin the First Affiliated Hospital Of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2018 to January 2019were randomly divided into experimental group(49 cases)and control group(54 cases),the experimental group using mind mapping schema health mission,while the control group using conventional health education give guidance.The differences in health knowledge awareness rate,functional exercise compliance,hip joint function score(Harris),quality of life and anxiety were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the health knowledge awareness rate,functional exercise compliance rate,Harris hip joint function score,GQOL-74 questionnaire and SAS scale score of the experimental group were all increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mind mapping for health education and guidance for patients undergoing artificial hip replacement can effectively improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
