摘要
建立一种可以同时检测25%苯唑草酮·三氯吡氧乙酸悬浮剂中2种有效成分的液相色谱法,为产品质量控制提供技术支持。采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(体积比50∶50)为流动相,在254 nm紫外检测波长下,对样品中苯唑草酮和三氯吡氧乙酸进行分离和定量分析。苯唑草酮和三氯吡氧乙酸的保留时间分别为3.6 min和9.7 min,线性相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9994,变异系数分别为0.24%和0.06%,平均回收率分别为99.5%和99.7%。该方法操作简便,快速稳定,结果准确,可满足制剂中苯唑草酮和三氯吡氧乙酸定量分析的要求。
A HPLC method was established to separate and quantitatively analyse the content of active ingredients topramezone and triclopyr in the formulation of topramezone·triclopyr 25%SC in order to provide the support for the quality control of the product.Topramezone and triclopyr were separated and analysed on ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 stainless steel column with the mixture solution of acetonitrile and 0.1 wt%phosphoric acid solution(50:50,by vol)as the mobile phase at 254 nm UV detection wavelength.The retention times of topramezone and triclopyr were 3.6 min and 9.7 min,and the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and 0.9994,respectively.The coefficients of variation were 0.24%and 0.06%,respectively,and the average spiked recoveries were 99.5%and 99.7%,respectively.The method is simple,rapid,stable and easy to operate,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of topramezone and triclopyr in the mixture.
