摘要
目的探讨案例式立体教学法在新入职护士心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法将2018年新入职护士120人随机分为两组,每组各60人,对照组采用传统理论授课+操作演示教学法,观察组采用案例式立体教学法,比较两组护士理论成绩、技能考核成绩以及评判性思维能力得分。结果两组新入职护士理论成绩、技能考核成绩、评判性思维能力得分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式立体教学法能提高新入职护士理论、操作水平,评判性思维能力,同时可提升临床带教老师教学能力和教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of case three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM)in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation training for newly recruited nurses.Methods The 120 newly recruited nurses in 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,60 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional theory teaching combined with operation demonstration teaching method,while the observation group adopted the case three-dimensional teaching method.The theoretical scores,skill assessment scores and critical thinking ability scores of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in theoretical scores,skill assessment scores and critical thinking ability scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The case teaching method can improve the theory,operation level and critical thinking ability of new nurses,and also improve the teaching ability and teaching quality of clinical teachers.
