摘要
目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在新护士规范化岗前培训中的应用效果。方法选取该院2017年9月新入职的护士82名,以岗前培训教学方式为依据进行分组,常规组(41名)采用传统教学模式进行岗前培训,联合组(41名)采用PBL联合CBL教学法进行岗前培训,对比培训效果。结果培训后护理人员对教学方式的认可度、兴趣度评价对比,常规组对教学认可36名(87.80%),对教学方式有兴趣34名(82.93%);联合组对教学认可40名(97.56%),对教学方式有兴趣38名(92.68%),联合组认可度、兴趣度更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。培训后临床理论、实践、操作评价对比,常规组各项评分低于联合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后护理人员综合能力对比,联合组工作积极性、团队意识、风险应对意识、责任意识、问题分析能力、问题应对能力评分均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CBL教学法能够有效提升受训者的综合能力,在新护士规范化岗前培训中应用效果满意,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in standardized pre-job training for new nurses.Methods A total of 82 nurses newly enrolled in September 2017 in this hospital were selected and grouped according to the pre-job training and teaching method.The conventional group(41 nurses)adopted the traditional teaching mode for pre-job training,while the combined group(41 nurses)adopted the PBL combined CBL teaching method for pre-job training,and the training effect was compared.Results After the training,36 nurses(87.80%)approved the teaching method and 34(82.93%)were interested in the teaching method.Forty(97.56%)students in the combined group approved of teaching,and 38(92.68%)students were interested in teaching methods.The recognition degree and interest degree of the combined group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the clinical theory practice and operation scores of conventional group were lower than that of the combined group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the comprehensive abilities of nursing staffs were compared,and the scores of work enthusiasm,team consciousness,risk response consciousness,responsibility consciousness,problem analysis ability and problem response ability of the combined group were all better than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions PBL combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of trainees,and the application effect of standardized pre-job training for new nurses is satisfactory,which is worth popularizing.
