摘要
中国制造业正经历着数字化、网联化、智能化的深刻变革,工业互联网是新一轮工业革命的关键支撑和智能制造的重要基石,5G更低时延、更高速率、更好业务体验的特性,将使其在推动信息化与工业化深度融合的进程中发挥重大作用。介绍了尖端通信技术在工厂和工业建筑中提供移动覆盖的重要性,分析了室内和室外无线网络系统,调研了已经运行的移动网络以及正处于标准化状态的5G技术,评估了5G技术在制造业中的偏好,说明了5G技术的发展能为智能工厂和制造商带来工业4.0变革。
China's manufacturing industry is undergoing profound changes in digitalization,networking,and intelligence.The Industrial Internet is an important foundation for the new industrial revolution and intelligent manufacturing.5G s lower latency,higher speed and better business experience will make it an important role in promoting the in-depth integration of informatization and industrialization.This paper introduces the importance of providing mobile coverage in factories and industrial buildings,analyzes indoor and outdoor wireless network systems,investigates the running mobile networks and standardized 5G technology,estimates the preference of 5G technology in manufacturing,and shows that the development of 5G technology can bring Industry 4.0 changes to smart factories and manufacturers.
