摘要
为了提高TiO2光催化性能和经济效益,本文综述了粉体烧结法、偶联剂法、溶胶凝胶法、水热法、化学气相沉积法等5种负载方式及活性炭、石墨烯、碳纳米管、蒙脱土、硅胶、壳聚糖等6种负载体的应用情况及其优缺点。综合分析表明,提高光催化剂性能,应对负载方式和负载体进行优化,以达到催化效率的提高;提高光催化剂的经济效益,应从负载方式、负载体、负载效果等方面入手,寻求能快捷回收、复活条件简单且活性强的负载型光催化剂。
In order to improve the photocatalytic performance and economic benefits of TiO2,five loading methods including powder sintering,coupling agent method,sol gel method,hydrothermal method and chemical vapor deposition were reviewed.Six negative carriers including activated carbon,graphene,carbon nanotubes,montmontillonite,silica gel and chitosan were also reviewed.Their applications and advantages and disadvantages of negative carrier and loading methods were analyzed.The result showed that the performance of photocatalyst should be improved and the loading mode and negative carrier should be optimized.In order to improve the economic benefit of photocatalyst,it was necessary to search for a photocatalyst with quick recovery,simple reactivation condition and strong activity from the aspects of load mode,negative carrier and load effect.
