摘要
氟、硅材料具有优异的物理化学性能,氟硅协同改性赋予丙烯酸基树脂优异的耐水性、耐溶剂性、热力学稳定性的同时,保持丙烯酸树脂优异的成膜性能,在抗腐蚀领域有广阔的应用前景。本文从氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂、氟硅改性丙烯酸交联树脂以及纳米粒子辅助氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂三方面对氟硅协同改性丙烯酸基抗腐蚀树脂研究进展进行了综述,并对长效抗腐蚀氟硅改性丙烯酸基树脂开发和研究进行了展望。
Fluorine and silicon materials have excellent physical and chemical properties,and the synergistic modification of fluorine-silicone would give acrylic resin excellent water resistance,solvent resistance and thermodynamic stability while maintaining excellent film-forming properties of acrylic resin,which has a broad application prospect in the field of corrosion resistance.Research progresses were reviewed on fluorine-silicone modified acrylic resin,cross-linking fluorine-silicone modified acrylic resin,and nano particle assisted fluorine-silicone modified acrylic resin.Moreover,the development and research of long-term anti-corrosion fluorine-silicone modified acrylic resin were prospected.
