摘要
随着环保要求的逐渐提高,涂料水性化成为一个重要的发展趋势。而作为其配套使用的固化剂,也成为一个热门研究课题。本文以乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和3,4-二甲氧基苯胺为原料,首先合成一种分子两端为环氧基,中间氮原子上连有长疏水烷基链的环氧基化合物,再用三乙烯四胺对该环氧基化合物进行封端,最终制得一种分子两端为氨基的新型非离子型水性环氧树脂固化剂。并通过IR、MS和1HNMR对其进行验证,证实了其为目标产物。
With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,waterborne coatings have become an important development trend.And as its supporting use of curing agent,also become a hot research topic.Using ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 3,4-dimethoxyaniline as raw materials,an epoxy group compounds with a long hydrophobic alkyl chain attached to the middle nitrogen atom was first synthesized.The epoxy compounds were sealed with triethylenetramine,and a novel nonionic waterborne epoxy resin curing agent with amino groups at both ends of the molecule was obtained.It was detected by IR,MS and 1HNMR and proved to be the target product.
