莪术油超声提取工艺优化及生物活性研究 被引量:4

Study on Optimization of Ultrasound Extraction Technology and Biological Activity of Volatile Oil from Curcuma Kwangsiensis

摘要 利用超声辅助提取法提取广西莪术挥发油,通过单因素和正交实验对工艺进行了优化,并初步评价其生物活性。工艺优化结果显示最佳提取工艺条件为液料比15:1 mL/g,提取时间20 min,超声功率1000 W,此条件下提取率为4.35%。生物活性结果表明挥发油浓度在6.25~200μg/mL时还原性仅次于阳性对照Vc,并且对·OH、DPPH·和O2^-·自由基都有清除作用;同时对大肠杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的抑制作用。 The volatile oil was extracted from Curcuma kwangsiensis by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments.Subsequently,biological activity of volatile oil was preliminarily evaluated.The results proved that the optimum condition of ultrasonic-assisted extraction process were 15:1 mL/g the ratio of liquid to material,20 min of ultrasonic time and 1000 W of ultrasonic power with the extraction rate of volatile oil was 4.35%.The biological activity results implied that the reducibility of the volatile oil was second only to the positive control Vc.The volatile oil had a scavenging effect on·OH,DPPH·and O-2·free radicals at the concentration of 6.25~200μg/mL,meanwhile,it had a certain inhibitory activity on Escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus.
