摘要
研究枇杷叶总黄酮的减压内部沸腾提取工艺。以枇杷叶总黄酮提取率为考察指标,结合单因素实验和正交实验确定枇杷叶总黄酮的减压提取工艺。结果表明,枇杷叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比为1:60(g/mL),提取温度为70℃,在0.055 MPa的条件下减压提取2次,每次6 min,此条件下枇杷叶总黄酮提取率为9.48%。枇杷叶减压内部沸腾提取工艺能有效提取总黄酮,方法可行、可靠。
The decompressing inner ebullition extraction process of total flavonoids from loquat leaves was studied.The extraction rate of total flavonoids from loquat leaves was taken as the index,and the vacuum extraction process of total flavonoids from loquat leaves was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that the optimal extraction condition for total flavonoids from loquat leaves was as follows:the volume fraction of ethanol was 70%,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:60(g/mL),the extraction temperature was 70℃and extracted twice(6 min/time)under 0.055 MPa.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 9.48%.The decompressing inner ebullition extraction process of loquat leaves can effectively extract total flavonoids,and the method was feasible and reliable.
