基于液液萃取法提取土壤中PAEs污染物的萃取剂筛选 被引量:2

摘要 本研究选取不同有机溶剂作为萃取剂提取土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)污染物,以筛选合适萃取剂。结果表明,二氯甲烷对5种PAEs单品的回收率为21.5%~80.32%,均明显高于其它4种萃取剂的回收率,适宜作为土壤环境中PAEs污染物含量分析检测的萃取剂。此外,各萃取剂(除了乙酸乙酯)对邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DnOP)的回收率(15.32%~80.32%)均高于其它4种PAEs单品的回收率,而对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)和邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯(BBP)的回收率却普遍较低。 Different organic solvents were selected as extractants to extract phthalate(PAEs)pollutants from soil to screen suitable extractants.The results showed that the recoveries of five kinds of PAEs from dichloromethane were 21.5%to 80.32%,which were significantly higher than those of other four kinds of extractants.It was suitable as an extractant for the analysis and detection of PAEs pollutants in the soil environment.In addition,the recoveries of all extractants(except ethyl acetate)for di-n-octyl phthalate(DnOP)(15.32%~80.32%)were higher than those of the other four PAEs,while the recoveries of dimethyl phthalate(DMP)and butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP)were generally lower.
