摘要
头孢类药物分子既可带酸性基团,又可带碱性基团。该类药物临床上大多成盐使用(硫酸盐、盐酸盐、钠盐)。其溶液的电导率对于研究头孢类药物在生物体内的构型效应、吸收、分布、代谢、排泄、相互作用甚至对于药物的生产、应用以及研究都有着重要意义。本文测定了三种头孢类药物的生理盐水溶液体系在278.15~313.15 K的电导率,并计算出了该体系的摩尔电导率、无限稀释摩尔电导率及迁移过程的活化能。
The molecular groups of cephalosporins are complex,with both acidic and basic groups.Therefore,most of the cephalosporins commonly used in clinic are salts,such as sodium salt,sulfate,hydrochloride,and so on.The conductivity of cephalosporins solution is the basic data of drugs.The determination of the conductivity of cephalosporins solution through experiments and the calculation of the molar conductivity,the limit molar conductivity and the activation energy of the migration process will be helpful to the study of the transport,diffusion,interaction and configuration effects of cephalosporins in organisms,even significant for the production,application and research of drugs.The conductivity of saline solution system of three kinds of cephalosporins was determined at 278.15~313.15 K,and the molar conductivity,infinite dilution molar conductivity and activation energy of migration process were calculated.
