摘要
随着人工甜味剂的广泛使用,饮用水中的甜味剂逐渐成为大众关注的热点。现阶段,饮用水中甜味剂检测方法或灵敏度难以满足需要,或实用价值不高。本文使用乙腈对水样进行稀释,后经PTFE滤膜过滤,以亲水相互作用色谱-串联质谱法对饮用水中4种甜味剂进行了测定,结果表明,该方法具有较高的灵敏度,较宽线性范围,较高的正确度。完全可满足现阶段的监管需求。
With the widespread use of artificial sweeteners,sweeteners in drinking water have gradually become the focus of public attention.At this stage,the sensitivity of detection method of sweeteners in drinking water is difficult to meet the needs.The water sample was diluted with acetonitrile,then filtered by PTFE membrane.The four sweeteners in drinking water were determined by hydrophilic interaction chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that the method had higher sensitivity,wide linear range and high accuracy.It can fully meet the needs of administration.
