Discussion on Development Prospect and Existing Problems of Ambient Air Automatic Monitoring

本文分析了我国环境空气自动监测从建设初期到目前的发展状况,分析了不同时期发展阶段中国内外仪器使用情况和管理方式的特征,特别是讨论了新标准出台后空气自动监测站的管理层级和运维模式的改变,剖析了随之带来的发展机遇、突出问题以及对生态环境监测系统工作的各种影响,肯定了自动监测发展积极的诸多方面,对今后提出了展望,也针对性提出了解决目前问题的建议。

The development of ambient air automatic monitoring in China from the initial construction to the present was analyzed,and the characteristics of the use and management of instruments at different stages of development at home and abroad were discussed,especially the changes of management level and operation mode of air automatic monitoring station after the new standard was issued.The development opportunity and the outstanding question were also analyzed,as well as influences to the ecological environment monitoring system.The automatic monitoring development positive aspects were affirmed,the forecast to the future and the suggestion pointedly to the present question were proposed.
